U.S. Dietary Guidelines Report: Vegan Diet is Best for Planet, Health

Advisory but sends a strong message, especially linking our food/diet and health directly to food production and the health of the planet. Still enjoy being an omnivore but eating a lot less meat and opting for local and naturally raised, available at our wonderful farmers markets (Side question: Why are eggs always coupled with dairy? They don’t remotely share the same constitution!)
