1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken (dark or white meat) sliced into 2 inch strips
1 Tbscooking oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup YOU SAUCY THING Soy Ginger Vidalia (marinade)*
1/2 cup WILD WILD EAST Asian BBQ Teriyaki*
Both available in store.
Marinate chicken in soy ginger Vidalia sauce (20 min). Heat oil in pan (medium heat).
Stir fry meat until cooked. Add Asian BBQ sauce. Saute 1 minute. Garnish with sesame. Serve with rice, noodles and steamed/grilled vegetables.
Tip for slicing boneless chicken: Freeze slightly so that it's firm to the knife for faster cutting.
