*2 cans chicken/vegetable broth
1 fresh garlic clove, minced, 1 T soy sauce
½ t garlic powder, ¼ t black pepper
1 t. vegetable oil, 1 t. sesame oil
1 chopped green onion
2 packs ramen noodles (any flavor)
3-4 c. seasonal greens (kale, collard, bok choy, chard)
*Shortcut: ¼ cup YOU SAUCY THING soy ginger Vidalia sauce replaces first 7 ingredients)
Meat option: Delicious topped with rotisserie chicken, roast beef slices or grilled shrimp.
