4 cups kale, chopped (large stems removed)
2 cups fresh tomato, cut in quarters
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp roasted sesame oil
Dash of salt
1. Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat.
2. Add garlic, stir fry 15 seconds.
3. Add kale, stir fry 1 minute (turns bright green).
4. Add tomatoes, sesame oil, salt and stir fry 15 seconds, just to heat through.
5. Serve immediately.
