3 lbs chicken wings, cut/split at joint
1 cup soy sauce *
1/2 cup brown sugar*
1/2 cup water*
1 tbs roasted sesame oil*
2 tbs ground ginger or 1 tbs fresh grated gingerroot*
1 tbs granulated garlic or 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced*
Put chicken wings in a large baking pan.
Mix/dissolve well all ingredients. Pour marinade over wings and put in 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours. Check at 1 hour. May vary ab bit depending on size of wings and oven.
Turn oven up to broil (keep eye on it) for 10 min and brown wings until crispy, turning once.
Toss in Wild Wild East Asian BBQ Teriyaki glaze.
Garnish with sesame seeds, optional. Enjoy!
