  • It snowed in Atlanta last night and there is a blanket of white outside my window.
  • I am teaching classes about how to make spring rolls and sushi but my recent cravings are all about biscuits, macaroni and cheese, pot pies and green bean casseroles!
  • Started watching a great 3-part documentary series, China: A Century of Revolution with my mother. Seeing the tumultuous political, social and cultural upheavals, through the eyes of the participants, moving personal interviews and rare historical footage (Mao as a teenager), felt both familiar and foreign; amazing and disturbing. More on this later…
