We’ve finally recovered (and worked off the extra poundage) from the special Lunar New Year Cultural Dinner! Here’s a wonderful write-up with tantalizing photos (courtesy of Fellow Foody and Calvin Evans Photography) of the event that featured personalized Chinese calligraphy, cultural trivia and an 11-course feast boasting seasonal, and regional specialties infused with spices and symbolism e.g. “Year of the Dragon” Ginger Scallion Lobster, Singapore “Long Life” Curry Noodles and “Sweet Life”  Sticky Rice Sesame Balls, to name only a few.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and for the enthusiastic, positive feedback! We plan to do it again next year!
